Office Hours:

9 AM to 6 PM - Monday through Friday except on holidays. Please note we close for lunch between 1pm and 2pm.

Appointments:

Appointments are recommended, but walk in patients are  welcome. Please call us at (850) 561-8776  or (850) 561-5030 to make appointments

Location:

We are located on the northwest corner of Tennessee Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. at 410 West Tennessee Street, two blocks west of the round Holiday Inn.  This address is four blocks west of the junction of Tennessee Street (US 90) and Monroe Street (US 27) near the center of Tallahassee. Parking is available in the front of the office.  See the location map on the next page.
