Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Florida State Employees Insurance Programs, VSP, VCP, Medicare and Medicaid are all accepted at our offices.  We are not affiliated with Capital Health Plan, but we provide exams and glasses at a discounted price for patients who have this health plan.  If you have an insurance we do not normally take, we will fill out and submit the necessary forms for you.
